Your client saves $500
They buy Organisation Access for $1,995 with your code. You deliver the implementation on your own terms, at your own rates, and keep 100% of it.
We created the AI Operating Map and we implement it ourselves, but deliberately at small scale: a handful of engagements at a time, capped. The rest of the market needs people like you.
We sell the standard, you sell the delivery.
There is no commission, no clip of your ticket and no competing bid from us for your client's work. The discount exists because a client with a professional beside them needs less support from us, and that saving goes to your client, which makes you the one who brought it to the table.
Referral codes are live
Every registered referrer has an active code, instantly. Reach three referred sales and earn a free Map instance for your own business, plus first listing when the public directory opens.

Get your referral code

Referral program questions
From consultants, fractional CTOs and agencies who've asked how this actually works in practice.
The program
Who's a good fit to refer?
Any client or contact who's accountable for how AI gets used in their organisation and doesn't have a clean answer for it: operations and technology leaders, risk and compliance teams, founders or execs who have to answer to a board, investor or regulator. If you're already advising them on AI, governance or technology risk, they're a fit. If they've got AI tools or agents live that nobody's tracking centrally, they're an even better one.
What does having my client on the Map actually let me help them with?
A live record across six domains: who owns each AI tool and agent, how AI powered work actually moves through the business, what data and policies govern it, the tools and agents in use, the governance and risk controls in place, and what it's actually delivering. That's the working surface for your engagement, what to fix first, what to track as you go, and what to show the client as progress. The Map holds the record, you do the advising.
Why would a client want a professional involved instead of just buying the Map themselves?
Plenty do buy it themselves, and that's fine. But most organisations that are serious about getting AI under control don't have the time or the internal expertise to map six domains properly on their own. That's the engagement: you run the process, they get it right the first time instead of half filling in a register and letting it go stale.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing, now or later. There are no fees, targets or minimums.
Do you take a cut of my client work?
No, never. We don't broker your engagement, invoice through you or touch your rates. The Map purchase is between the client and us, everything else is between the client and you.
When does my code start working?
The moment you register — it's active immediately.
Does my client need me to buy the Map?
No, anyone can buy it directly at the $2,495 standing price. Your code gives them $500 off, and most organisations want a professional beside them to map everything properly, which is your engagement.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can refer?
No. Use your code as often as you like. Every referred sale counts towards the free instance at three, and keeps counting past that.
Can I use my own code to buy the Map?
Go ahead, it's your code. We built the discount for your clients, so a self-purchase just won't count towards the free instance at three referred sales, that's reserved for people you've actually brought in.
What to tell a client who isn't sure they need this
My client thinks they don't have an AI problem. What do I say?
Ask them one question: can they name every AI tool and agent live in their business right now, who approved each one, and what it's allowed to do? Almost nobody can, because AI gets adopted team by team with no central record. That's not a hypothetical risk, it's already true of their business today, and it's exactly what the Map exists to answer.
What actually happens if a client never tracks this?
Nothing, until an incident, an audit or a customer question forces someone to reconstruct the picture from memory and Slack history. Tracking deployments as they happen is far cheaper than reconstructing them after the fact, and that's the case for getting a client started sooner rather than later.
My client says they already track this in a spreadsheet. Why isn't that enough?
Spreadsheets break down because there's no enforced link between a tool, the workflow it's used in, the agent built on it and the person accountable, so the moment someone renames a tab or a row goes stale, the record stops being trustworthy. Nobody gets notified when an approval is overdue, and a spreadsheet has no way to hand an auditor a live, read-only view. It's a fine place to start, it's not a place to stay.
My client already has a GRC platform. Why would they need this too?
Most GRC platforms are built around compliance frameworks and audits, not the day-to-day question of which AI agent a specific team just shipped. The Map is narrower and more operational, it's where AI deployments get tracked as they happen, which can feed into their broader GRC process rather than replace it.
How is this different from just another dashboard nobody updates?
That risk is real for any system that isn't part of how work already gets approved. The Map is built around the approval and sign-off step itself, so entering the record is part of getting an agent approved, not a separate reporting task someone does afterwards if they remember. That's the difference worth making to a sceptical client.
What can I actually show a client to prove the value before they buy?
Walk them through the six domains against what they can currently answer: who owns each AI tool and agent, how the work moves, what data and policies apply, what's actually deployed, how it's governed, and what it's delivering. Most clients find at least one gap in under five minutes, and that gap is the engagement.
